You’re Not Alone—We Can Help with Tough Diagnoses and Repairs

Vehicle diagnosis and repair may be the foundation of your business—but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. Like the saying goes, “If it were easy, everyone would do it.” Not everyone can repair vehicles. Not everyone can diagnose vehicles. It takes special skills, training, tools and experience to be successful.
And sometimes you’ll run into a challenging repair, or an issue you just can’t figure out. Where do you turn for help then? Other techs in the shop can be helpful, but they have their own work. He has been working on cars since before he could drive, starting with a complete tune-up on a truck that wouldn’t run—until he got his hands on it. He’s worked in a transmission shop and specialized in Mitsubishi and Suzuki. He is currently an ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician, Nissan and Infiniti Master Technician, Suzuki Gold Certified Tech and Mitsubishi Specialist Tech. Joaquin is bilingual and speaks fluent English and Spanish. Don’t hesitate to ask him about his favorite sport—soccer.
He started working on cars as a child in the 1950s and has been actively involved in the repair industry ever since. He has worked in independent shops and taught at Automotive Training Corporation of America and Sequoia Institute. He is an ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician, California Certified Smog Inspection and Repair Technician, Certified Automotive Master Instructor and California Bureau of Auto Repair Subject Matter Expert. He is passionate about diving into tough repairs and figuring out the solution.
