CAIS (Certified ALLDATA Information Specialist)

What Is CAIS?
As with any tool, your ALLDATA^® system is only as good as the individual using it. This is the primary reason ALLDATA created the Certified ALLDATA Information Specialist/Shop (CAIS) program, designed to meet both your marketing and educational needs.

CAIS certification is a testing system designed to ensure your technicians are educated on ALLDATA products and committed to keeping your shop on the cutting edge of automotive repair technology - a real advantage over your competition.

The required CAIS Exams, tailored for the version of ALLDATA that you subscribe to, are structured to assure that technicians develop expertise with the system. When 75% of your shop technicians and/or service writers attain CAIS certification, you become a CAIS Certified Shop.

Disc versions of the CAIS exam are on any of our CDs or DVDs under the "Toolbox" menu. You may also take and submit exams on our website. For more information on the CAIS program, please contact cais@alldata.com.
