Meet the ALLDATA management team. Every member of the ALLDATA management team is committed to excellence and enhancing the auto industry.

Jeff Lagges Photo

Jeffery W. Lagges, President, ALLDATA and Vice President of AutoZone


Jeffery W. Lagges was named President of ALLDATA in September of 2007. He is also Vice President of AutoZone. Under his direction ALLDATA has enjoyed market leadership in providing diagnostic and repair information, and has expanded its product offering to include enhanced, integrated shop management, electronic customer relationship management tools, and electronic parts estimating and ordering. He also oversees AutoZone's eCommerce initiatives and created the AutoZone.com portal, the first Internet site in the industry to offer tools and services to the automotive service professional, the do-it-yourself consumer, and the "do-it-for-me" consumer seeking professional repair services.

Prior to re-joining ALLDATA, Jeff was Executive Vice President of Product Development for iCARumba, where he was chief architect of product design, content and industry development. Jeff has 12 years' shop floor experience working as shop manager, service writer, staff trainer, large fleet manager and electronic diagnostic and drivability technician. Jeff's previous and current certifications include ASE, California Smog License, IM/240 Train the Trainer, GM Advanced Electronics Training and Total Quality Management, and he has been an active participant in industry affairs.

Kevin Culmo, Vice President of Finance and Operations



Kevin started his career at ALLDATA in 1999 as Senior Financial Analyst, bringing eight years of expertise in strategic planning, and financial analysis. He was promoted to Manager of

Finance and Analysis in 2003 and again promoted to Director of Business Planning and Administration in 2005 and to Vice President of Finance and Operations in 2007. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master's in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.

Steve Gill, Vice President of Product and Business Development



Steve has over 20 years of marketing management and product development experience in the automotive and high tech industries. Before re-joining ALLDATA in 2002, he was Vice President of Product Planning and Development at Autopartner, Inc.


Valorie Scott Photo

Valorie Scott, Vice President of Technology



Val has been an IT professional in the Sacramento area for more than 20 years. A graduate of California State University Sacramento, she has built her career specializing in the management of web application development teams, quality and business analysis, product development, and project management. Val has worked in the technology departments of companies such as: Vision Service Plan, DST Output Technology Solutions, and Lockheed Martin. Her career has spanned many technical specialties, including customer-facing web products, eCommerce applications, data conversion and ETL, IT hardware and infrastructure, and application security. Over the last 10 years, she has held the positions of senior software architect, director of web integrations, and vice president of technology.

Kerry Keller, Vice President of Sales


Before beginning his career in sales, Kerry was employed as an ASE Certified Tech honing his technical skills in drivability and diagnosis. Kerry moved into sales with Sun Electric and then to Allen Test Products before joining ALLDATA in 1994.

Kerry has over 17 years of Sales Management experience and many more years of experience in the automotive aftermarket. In recognition of the value that ASE certification offers, Kerry recently completed the ASE Parts Specialist certification in support of the AutoZone Commercial program.

George Cusack, Vice President of Production



Before joining ALLDATA in 1997, George worked for Output Technology Solutions and Apple Computer. George earned his degree in Industrial Management from Northeastern University.


Robert McBride Photo

Robert McBride, Director of Operations



Robert joined ALLDATA in 1999 as Manager of Order Processing and Collections. Prior to becoming Director of Operations, his titles included Senior Financial Analyst and Manager of Operations. Previous experience included Branch Manager for National Credit Service. Robert holds an MBA and a Bachelor's in E-Business.


Helene Ton Photo

Helene Ton, Director of Marketing   



Helene brings to ALLDATA 14 years of expertise in Strategic Marketing, Product Marketing and Marketing Communications. Most recently she held several consulting positions assisting Global Fortune 1000 and Small Business organizations to develop and strengthen their Marketing Strategies and Branding. Helene also served as a Marketing executive for leading corporations such as McAfee.com, American Power Conversion and SoftBank.


Tim Dietler Photo

Tim Dietler, Director of International Production



Tim started his career at ALLDATA in 1991 as an Automotive Technical Editor. He was promoted to Project Manager in 1997, and then promoted to Director of International Production in 2000. Tim has 16 years of experience working as a shop foreman, service writer, and technician.

Tim's previous and current certifications include ASE Master Automobile Technician, ASE Master Medium/Heavy Truck Technician, California Smog, Brake and Light License, Total Quality Management, and he has been an active participant in industry affairs.


Mark Gunnerson Photo

Mark Gunnerson, Director of Training and Sales Development



Mark has been with ALLDATA for a total of thirteen years and in the automotive repair industry virtually all of his working life. Experience as a former ASE certified technician, service manager and shop owner led to sales and sales management positions with Sun Electric, AutoPartner, ProParts Express and ALLDATA.

Prior to re-joining ALLDATA in 2007, Mark worked as an independent training consultant and was a Senior Partner at ATI West, an automotive business management consulting and training company.


Jeff Leach Photo

Jeff Leach, Director of Quality Assurance



Prior to his career at ALLDATA, Jeff was an ASE Master Automobile Technician. He has worked as a Service Manager, Technician, and Shop Owner. Jeff joined ALLDATA in 1998 as a Technical Editor II, was promoted to Senior Editor in 2000, then to Managing Editor in 2002.

In 2005, Jeff became the Manager of the Quality Assurance department and was promoted to Director, Quality Assurance in 2008. Jeff has a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology and a Masters degree in Business Administration.


Wayne Mitchell Photo

Wayne Mitchell, Director of National Accounts



Wayne 's experience in the automotive industry spans more than 20 years. He joined ALLDATA as a Field Sales Manager in 1999 and was named Director of National Accounts in 2007. His prior experience includes management roles within the automotive aftermarket, overseeing operations of single and multiple location repair facilities.

Wayne holds certifications with ASE, IMACA, and has an Air Frame and Power Point license from Colorado Aero Tech. He currently attends Regis University.

Alan Kain, Director of Customer Support



Alan is committed to "Providing a Positive Customer Experience" for ALLDATA subscribers. He first joined ALLDATA as a Customer Support Representative in 1992. Before being named Director of Customer Support in 2000, he variously served as the department's Manager, Technical Support Specialist and Program Manager of Business Applications.

Alan's prior experience includes 15 years in dealership parts & service as a wholesale salesman, counterman and manager, specializing in "driving business to the shop."


Tom Pelletier Photo

Tom Pelletier, Area Director of Sales


Tom's father was the general manager at a new car dealership, so the car business is in his blood. Tom joined ALLDATA in 1999, after more than 30 years of automotive-related experience. Before ALLDATA, Tom was V.P. of Sales and Marketing for Maxwell ETS (Emission test systems), a division of Unidyne Corporation.

Among numerous management positions, he has worked for: ESP/Environmental System Products; Snap-On Corp.; Sun Electric Corp.; and Commercial Industries Corp., where he was general manager of global operations. Additionally, Tom has owned several general repair and collision shops, as well as a salvage yard.
