ALLDATA and Summit Announce Integration between ALLDATA Collision S3500 and Summit’s Shop Management Software Integration provides quick and easy access to OE collision repair information throughout shop workflow

(“Summit”) has integrated its shop management system with ALLDATA® CollisionSM S3500 in order to provide collision repair facilities access to OEM collision repair information throughout all aspects of their administrative and shop floor work flow.
Summit’sTM shop management system, is software designed for collision repair facilities and includes many functionalities such as visual RO, production controls, advanced scheduling, automated payroll, shop floor information, paperless documentation system, integrated online vehicle status, integrated quality management and more. By integrating with ALLDATA Collision S3500, SummitTM shop management system becomes even more comprehensive as it will provide OEM collision repair information every step of the way in the repair process.
This integration between Summit’s shop management system and ALLDATA Collision S3500 was made possible by leveraging the iShop3 technology, the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association’s (AAIA) web service standard that enables communication between equipment and business systems. ALLDATA was a founding member in designing the iShop standard and is the only information provider in the industry today that allows integration with other systems.
