The techs are personable, knowledgeable, and realistic – and they don’t take you down rabbit trails. I worked with a tech named Billy; he was very instrumental in figuring out the problem. He also really seemed to care; he called back several times to see if we needed any more help. He even went as far as to provide us with a cell number, and had equipment recommendations when we asked. Everyone I talk to really seems to care and they do a great a job of following up. I don’t believe that any shop can do everything by themselves; it’s really great to have a network you can trust.
