626
or MX6 Creak/Rattle
Noise From Passenger Side
Your tools are beginning
to defrost. Flowers are blooming, and the snow has melted off that Yugo®
you tucked away in the back corner of the lot last Fall. In the wake of
winter's wrath, you might start seeing certain types of problems surfacing
related to the rigors of winter driving. One such problem may result from
exercising the windshield wipers during the past five months. Usually, the
customer's complaint is a rattle or a creaking noise from around the front
passenger side of the vehicle during windshield wiper operation. Broken
spot welds on the windshield wiper-arm support bracket may be causing the
noise they hear. This problem can affect 1993 to 1995 Mazda 626 or MX6.

wiper operation, proceed to the next step.
