ALLDATA is currently seeking a strategic forward thinking Senior
Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic Team! This highly
talented HR leader will have the flexibility and drive to bring
about positive change, and have an innovative approach in support
of the organization and developing talent. This HR leader will
identify and bring in the talent and support organizational
design and capability, as well as, diagnose issues in order to

planning, succession planning, and skill assessment.
Effectively engage, partner and consult with recruiting
partners to meet the talent acquisition needs for the
organization; interview and assess candidates.
Support the continued development talent assessment skills
within the organization – ensuring a commitment to finding,
growing and retaining talent.
Direct internal and external staffing consistent with company
policy and employment laws and regulations to ensure ALLDATA has
the human resources to meet Company requirements.
Design, develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Promote, Retain and Recruit top performers at all levels of
Responsible for building Performance Management framework in
order to set goals, monitor performance and execute at a high
Identify and implement Corporate Training and/or departmental
Ensure all HR initiatives and goals are met in accordance
with Corporate objectives.
Oversee the efficient administration of human resources
policies and programs to ensure the personnel needs of all
ALLDATA employees are met. Programs include benefits,
compensation, workers compensation, EEO, FMLA, ADA, LOAs, drug
testing, headcount, WOTC and unemployment hearings.
Coordinate with AutoZone Corporate Headquarters to resolve
ALLDATA problems and ensure proper application of all
compensation and benefits programs.
Responsible for training and development of hourly and exempt
employees, including their proper orientation to ensure they
perform jobs in an efficient manner in accordance with Company
Manage employee relations by influencing and coaching
employees at all levels in the organization, change thinking, or
gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations without
Work closely with the Director, Human Resources, Corporate
Human Resources, Corporate Legal and appropriate Business
Management in coordinating the investigation of policy
violations, and determining the appropriate disciplinary action.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/related field or
equivalent corresponding job-related experience required.
Advanced degree preferred.
Effective Communications Skills – written, verbal and
8+ years of combined experience in a HR management role and
related HR role, such as, recruitment, compensation, leadership
development, or talent management.
Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy and goals
into optimal HR processes that are scalable, simple,
customer-focused and adaptable to unique and changing business
Demonstrated knowledge/experience of Federal and State
employment laws and other government compliance regulations
Effective interpersonal and analytical skills.
Experience with HRIS systems and tools.
Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
with ability to rapidly shift priorities and manage competing
Willingness and ability to both be hands on with all levels
of the organization, as well as, serve as a strategic partner to
