How Often Do I Need to Change My Password?

ALLDATA Manage Online passwords must be changed every 90 days. 

 

To change a password:

  1. Click Setup >> Change Password.

  2. Select the desired user. 

  3. Type in the Current Password.

  4. Type in the New Password.

    • Passwords need to be at least eight characters in length with at least one number and one symbol (~!@#$%^, etc.). 

  5. Type in the new password once again to confirm. 

  6. Click Change Password.
