Taking place in the Workshop Theatre on Wednesday 3 June (11:45am-12:20pm), the provider of OEM repair, diagnostic and maintenance data will present a thought-provoking discussion on how workshops can deliver sustainable workshop growth in a rapidly changing aftermarket.

Hosted by journalist and PR consultant, Tom Henman, ALLDATA will welcome Technical Topics’ James Dillon, Oldfields Garage’s Tim Benson and Uckfield Motor Services’ Ed Cockill to the stage. ALLDATA UK and Ireland Sales Director, Damian Milling, will join them.

What’s up for discussion?

With EV adoption accelerating, vehicle complexity rising and service intervals shifting towards condition-based maintenance, workshops are facing mounting pressure to deliver accurate, efficient repairs first-time, while managing skills shortages and tighter margins.

These topics will be at the heart of ALLDATA’s panel discussion; the experts will offer real-world insights and solutions that attendees could apply back in their own day-to-day environments. These will cover the use of genuine OEM data, structured diagnostics and targeted training – all vital in bolstering efficiency, strengthening customer trust and unlocking sustainable growth and long-term profitability.

Damian said: “The automotive aftermarket is a trade that never sits still – it is constantly changing. As a result, we believe workshops and bodyshops need to be kept abreast of opportunities, trends and challenges – and that is what our workshop panel will dive into.

“The cast is packed with familiar, respected names and expertise, and we’re confident they’ll attract lots of visitors, all of whom we are confident will leave energised and can apply something new to their workshop.”

Bodyshop presentation and engaging stand complete participation

UK Garage & Bodyshop Event is an important two days in ALLDATA’s event calendar – and it is an opportunity that the company will maximise. As well as its panel session on Wednesday, Damian will return to the stage – this time on his own – on Thursday 4 June (12:25pm-1pm) in the Collision & Lab Theatre, where he will deliver a presentation to bodyshop owners.

A similar theme to the workshop panel, he will demonstrate how OEM repair procedures can protect profitability, ensure warranty compliance, reduce comebacks and boost productivity.

Complementing ALLDATA’s panel sessions will be an open, engaging stand. In Hall 6 Stand B30, Damian and ALLDATA colleagues will offer visitors a warm welcome and talk all things original repair data and other industry matters.

Furthermore, delegates can take advantage of a ‘bundle’ subscription offer – part of ALLDATA’s 40-year anniversary campaign. New customers can make a saving of 10% by signing up to 12 months of ALLDATA Repair, Labour Times and Maintenance Schedules.
