General Terms and Conditions

Subject to these terms and conditions, ALLDATA Automotriz, S. de R.L. de C.V. in Mexico (“ALLDATA”) grants you ("Customer", "You" or "Your") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable subscription, to access and use ALLDATA software products and telephone support services (collectively the “Product(s)”) to the extent such Products have been or may be provided to You by ALLDATA under these terms and conditions along with accompanying data (the “Data”) and documentation (the “Documentation”). You acknowledge that, as between You and ALLDATA, ALLDATA owns and retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Product, Data and Documentation, including without limitation all copyright, trademark and intellectual property rights therein, and that the only right You have in the Product, Data or Documentation is the limited rights as set forth in this terms and conditions. You acknowledge that the Product, Data and Documentation constitute valuable proprietary, confidential and trade secret information of ALLDATA.

Sign In:

You can log in manually or automatically. To log in manually, enter your username and password and click "Sign In." If you select automatic login, our website will recognize you and allow you to make use of our personalized services without logging in. To select automatic sign-in, enter your username and password on the sign-in page. Then select the "Remember me" box and click "Sign in". You must enable the receipt of cookies in your web browser in order to log in automatically.

Users:

Unless otherwise specified, ALLDATA REPAIR is to be accessed and used solely in connection with your professional or your personal use, and not in connection with the business of any other firm, person, organization, or any other commercial use. You must not, request or authorize a third party to: (i) directly or indirectly, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the Product, Data or Documentation; (ii) modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Product, Data or Documentation; (iii) copy (except for archival purposes), rent, lease, distribute, assign, or otherwise transfer any rights whatsoever to the Product, Data or Documentation; (iv) use, or make available for use, the Product, Data or Documentation either (a) on a wide area network or (b) for off-site access without prior, express, written approval from ALLDATA and payment of the fees then in effect for such use; or (v) access the Product, Data, or Documentation on more computers and or other devices, workstations, than you are expressly authorized.

Subscription Changes Requested by the Customer:

This is a prepaid service, when you make a change of plan, the time of your previous period will be accumulated to the new plan selected.

Subscription Term:

The initial subscription plan acquired together with any renewals.

Payment

ALLDATA incorporates commercially reasonable methods to authenticate the information that you have supplied for making a payment through the ALLDATA customer portal. You will not be able to submit a payment until the ALLDATA customer portal authenticates you and you will not be allowed to use the ALLDATA customer portal to pay your ALLDATA invoice(s) or statement(s), until you have read these Terms and Conditions and have acknowledged you accept them.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you authorize ALLDATA to initiate a charge to the account that you have stored on file with ALLDATA.

Purchasing a prepaid subscription, you will be billed once and will be provided with 3 months or 6months, depending on the subscription plan purchased, access to ALLDATA REPAIR.

ALLDATA will not prorate any payment.

Payment Increases by ALLDATA

ALLDATA may occasionally modify the price of the prepaid subscription plans at its sole discretion, notifying such change by any reasonable means. Price changes will take effect at the beginning of the next subscription term following the date of the price change.

Cancellation

You may cancel the subscription at any time, if you cancel your subscription mid-term you can continue using ALLDATA REPAIR and your subscription will be active until the end of the paid term. To review when your account will be closed, check your billing information.

If you decide to cancel your subscription ALLDATA will not reimburse any payment.

Automatic Renewal

If you select to auto renew your subscription, it will automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expired subscription term.
