Quick Start

  1. Go directly to my.alldata.com and log in with your existing username and password.

    • If you are not sure what your username or password are, call ALLDATA Customer Support at 800-859-3282 option 2 for assistance.

    • Note: If you normally access ALLDATA without a username and password (IP Recognition) please visit my.alldata.com/ip instead.

  2. From the ALLDATA Portal screen, click the name of the product that you are subscribed to (E.G., Repair, Collision, Etc.)

 

Get Set Up

  1. Create a new shortcut for my.alldata.com

  2. Add new users

Download and run the Online Setup Tool:

  1. Click the button below.

  2. Run the file that downloads.

  3. Double-click the file that appears.

  4. Enter alldata in the password box.

  5. Follow the on-screen prompts.

  6. Repeat on each computer that uses ALLDATA.


The Online Setup Tool only takes a minute or two.
