Numbering

The Numbering selection allows you to see the current document number, that has been used for the most recent document, and change the document number for the next document that is created. 

• You can set the Document Number to any number greater than the Current Document Number.

Default Odometer Units

Choose to display mileage for newly added vehicles in Miles or Kilometers.

MAP Conditions

Enable the Motor Assurance Program (MAP) standards for characterizing the inspection of a vehicle. 

• This replaces the standard red, orange selections with a checkmark button that will allow you to select additional sub options.

Inspection Templates

 Add, remove and reorganize Inspection Templates - Make it easier to locate frequently used Inspection Templates and hide unused templates.

 Add and remove Inspections Templates 

1. Click Manage Active Templates.
   
2. Check and uncheck the boxes to choose which Inspection Templates to include in your selection list, then click Apply.
   

Reorder available templates

• Click an active Inspection Template from the list >> hold the mouse button and drag to your preferred location >> release the mouse button.
