POSITION SUMMARY


As an IT Administrator, you are a central pillar for the seamless operation and security of our IT infrastructure. As part of a dynamic team, your focus is on ensuring the security, availability, and efficiency of our system landscape. You manage servers, networks, endpoints, and provide the necessary support for our employees to optimally use the IT resources daily. Working from Cologne, you collaborate closely with our specialist teams in cities like Cologne, Memphis, Elk Grove, Chihuahua, and New Delhi. Your key tasks include setting up new PCs, providing first and second-level support, exchanging server hardware, and continuous system monitoring to future-proof our IT landscape and give our business processes a global edge. TASKS

  • Provide first-class customer service and technical support for Microsoft 365, telecommunications, networks, and more, both remotely and in person.
  • Dive into advanced troubleshooting to assist both software development teams and the service desk with technical challenges.
  • Take on the setup, repair, and troubleshooting of computer hardware/software, ensuring our technical infrastructure is always up to date.
  • Participate in exciting projects like system upgrades and new application installations, contributing to our continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have an IT education/certification or an Associate's degree, with over 7 years of experience in Microsoft Domain, Windows operating system, Apple MacOS, and VMware administration.
  • Fluent in German and English, ready to support our diverse team.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting networks and telecommunications, Office 365, and familiar with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent in technical problem-solving, with a proactive mindset and strong communication skills.

POSITION SUMMARY

Delight our customers with your sales talent. As an inside sales representative, you are jointly responsible for the sales success of our product and at the same time a member of a high-performance team of sales professionals. Your main task is to sell licenses of our industry-leading software solution over the phone to commercial automotive professionals (e.g. automotive repair shops, automotive experts, etc.).

In addition, you will support interested, testing and purchasing customers in using the added value of the application in the best possible way in their everyday work. TASKS

  • You are responsible for achieving your monthly sales goals over the phone.

Key Account Manager (KAM) specialising in automotive aftersales, will play a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing robust relationships with key stakeholders, including large customers, resellers, distributors, institutions, and influential figures with significant reach. POSITION SUMMARY


The Customer Support Specialist will maintain a working relationship with ALLDATA customers, resellers and dis- tributors. This includes planning, managing, and implementing all necessary customer support activities in your assigned territory, and includes working within the customer support processes, policies, and procedures

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure retention of ALLDATA customers through a series of customer contacts including welcome calls, 90-day calls, at risk customers, collection calls, and other contacts as needed.

  • Perform regular and administrative duties to support their accounts that may include but not limited to: checking and storing bank data from SEPA mandate, validating trial requests by verifying the workshop information. Validating VAT number using the correct government website, setting trial close date appropriate to agreement (14 days or 30 days), updating MSD & SST with appropriate notes and/or customer communications, and upholding a service level agreement of setting up orders in 8 business hours

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalence, an Associate degree or some college preferred
  • 3+ years of customer service or administrative experience; preferably in a Sales Org
  • Customer-centric with ability to build relationships via email, telephone and in person
