Digital Marketing Manager
location: UK - Remote Work

POSITION SUMMARY


The Digital Marketing Manager collaborates with other Marketing and Sales professionals to develop and implement ALLDATA Europe’s innovative digital marketing strategies for branding and product launches. In this role, you will be responsible for creating campaigns that drive sales, managing the company’s social media presence, identifying, and evaluating current digital marketing innovations, and coordinating advertising efforts. You should have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, excellent project-management skills, and advanced knowledge of social media trends. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with the sales and marketing managers to develop and implement new and innovative digital marketing strategies across all platforms.
  • Research target audiences, record data from campaign results to add to future reports and oversee a company’s social media channels and advertising to ensure brand uniformity.
  • Identify and evaluate the latest digital trends and technologies within the industry.
  • Analyze site traffic including click navigation, form fills and conversion rates.
  • Assess the online user experience and develop strategies to attract, engage and retain visitors.
  • Maintain customer communications with social posts, news articles, and other industry related information.
  • Create KPIs and objectives to measure the success of the organizational digital marketing capability. Prepare and presenting digital marketing reports with high accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop campaign budgets.
  • Partner with product management, operations, technology, UX, and creative teams to continuously improve and build new features, ensuring a consistent brand experience for customers.
  • Other duties may be assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • At least 5 year’s s experience as a digital marketing manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques.
  • Experience with social media networking and advertising.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO best practices, and brand exposure techniques.
  • Experience with marketing automation and lead management tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and Act-On an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe creative suite.

REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE UK
location: SOUTH-EAST UK AREA

POSITION SUMMARY


Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals who share a passion for sales and growth. This role is responsible for selling ALLDATA Repair to automotive workshops and maintaining relationships with customers and partners. This includes planning, managing, and implementing sales activities necessary for successful area management in your assigned territory. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be an active team member responsible for attaining individual and team monthly sales targets using a well-defined sales process, company-provided customer management software, periodic training, and ongoing coaching to achieve goals.
  • Manage your sales pipeline in your defined territory by managing company- lead generation programs, partner generated leads and through individual prospecting using a company-provided database.
  • Using the ALLDATA Dynamic Selling Skills (DSS), you will contact prospective customers and have the opportunity to discuss their challenges, needs and the ALLDATA value proposition.
  • You will explain and conduct live demonstrations on features of the product, and you will manage your accounts throughout a trial period and ultimately close sales.
  • Maintain customer records using company-provided tools and manage time and territory planning activities as defined so you can accurately forecast your performance to target. You will collaborate with other team members and the Sales Director through direct observation and ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure success.
  • Use in-depth product knowledge combined with an understanding of industry issues, customer challenges and competition to help communicate the ALLDATA value proposition to customers and partners and through events such as tradeshows.
  • Communicate and collaborate across the sales team (inside sales. field sales group and business development) and across other departments, such as Marketing, Customer Support, and Order Processing. Provide feedback and act as a customer advocate by capturing and communicating product feedback.
  • Participate and actively engage in team events and programs including but not limited to annual sales kickoff meetings, regular and quarterly team meetings, sales contests and programs, training and hands-on coaching workshops.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Business or related degree or sales program/certificate desired or 5+ years of comparable professional experience in sales and / or business.
  • 2-5 years of experience in field sales with specific sales targets and proven sales performance.
  • Market knowledge of the automotive and / or software industry are preferred. Personal interest or technical understanding of vehicles or subscription-based software is also preferred.
  • User knowledge of online meeting software platforms (e.g. TeamViewer, GoToMeeting), Sales CRM programs and similar software tools.
  • Sales experience, strong business acumen and a passion for customers is required.

POSITION SUMMARY


The Customer Support Specialist will maintain a working relationship with ALLDATA customers, resellers and dis- tributors. This includes planning, managing, and implementing all necessary customer support activities in your assigned territory, and includes working within the customer support processes, policies, and procedures

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure retention of ALLDATA customers through a series of customer contacts including welcome calls, 90-day calls, at risk customers, collection calls, and other contacts as needed.

  • Provide clear, direct communication with the customer support team, as well as communicating with other cross functional teams, customers, sales, and others as required.
  • Responsible for first-level customer support including account setup, direct debit, overview of terms and conditions, and product training.
  • Identify and provide solutions for solving customer issues.
  • Adhere to the department pre-stablished KPIs, including supporting specific number of customers and following-up within defined timeframes.
  • Participate in the process of procedures improvement using knowledge gained from customer interaction to improve efficiency and achieve company objectives in a start-up environment.

  • Perform regular and administrative duties to support their accounts that may include but not limited to: checking and storing bank data from SEPA mandate, validating trial requests by verifying the workshop information. Validating VAT number using the correct government website, setting trial close date appropriate to agreement (14 days or 30 days), updating MSD & SST with appropriate notes and/or customer communications, and upholding a service level agreement of setting up orders in 8 business hours

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalence, an Associate degree or some college preferred
  • 3+ years of customer service or administrative experience; preferably in a Sales Org
  • Customer-centric with ability to build relationships via email, telephone and in person
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Excellent problem resolution skills and communication abilities
  • Experience working in a fast paced - multi-tasking environment
  • Knowledge of customer collection process
  • Basic level of knowledge of customer ledger and statements
