IMPORTANT - Depending on your Pathways licensing agreement, there may be an additional fee to enable exporting.

Configure Export Settings

1. Log in to CCC One with administrative permissions.
   • Note: If using a multi-user environment, all other users must be logged out of CCC One before continuing.
2. Click Configure >> Machine Settings in the upper right-hand corner.
   
3. Navigate to Import/Export >> EMS Extract Preferences >> verify all EMS Extract Rules are checked >> click OK.
   
4. Navigate to Import/Export >> File Export >> Browse for directory path (three dots button).
   
5. Navigate to your C: directory (commonly labeled Windows) >> click Make New Folder and label as REPAIRPLANNER.
   
   
    

Manual Export

1. Double-click to select the estimate.
   
2. In the Estimate window, click  Workfile >> EMS Export.
   

3. Click OK on the confirmation message.

   • The directory that the estimate was exported to will display.
