Numbering

The Numbering selection allows you to see the current document number, that has been used for the most recent document, and change the document number for the next document that is created. 

• You can set the Document Number to any number greater than the Current Document Number.

Default Odometer Units

Choose to display mileage for newly added vehicles in Miles or Kilometers.

Keyboard Shortcuts

Enable Keyboard Shortcuts in order to complete common functions with combinations of keyboard key presses instead of mouse clicks.

• Note: Once Keyboard Shortcuts are enabled, you can access the full list of available shortcuts from the Help & Feedback menu.
  

MAP Conditions (for ALLDATA Inspections integration)

Enable the Motor Assurance Program (MAP) standards for characterizing the inspection of a vehicle. 

• This replaces the standard red, orange selections with a checkmark button that will allow you to select additional sub options.

Custom Reasons for Deferred Work

Create custom reason options to select when deferring jobs.

From this section, you can perform the following actions:

• Rename a Deferred Work Reason - Click the text of a Deferred Work Reason option to make changes.
• Hide a Deferred Work Reason- Uncheck any option you want to temporarily remove from the Deferred Work Reasons dropdown option list.
• Remove a Deferred Work Reason - Click Remove on any option to permanently remove it from the Deferred Work Reasons dropdown option list.
• Add a Deferred Work Reason - Click Add and type in a new Deferred Work Reason.
