Unable to log in to your account?

One of the following issues could be the problem:

Your Account is on Hold

Accounts are put on hold when the credit card was declined. An account was created, but the subscription was not activated and your card was not charged.

A new version of ALLDATAdiy is now available and we will no longer be offering new subscriptions for the Classic website.

Forgot Your Login and Password Information

  1. From, click Subscriber Login.
  2. Click Forgot Login or Password? Click here to Recover.
  3. Type your Email address >> Submit.
  4. Your login and password will be sent to you in an e-mail.
If you have followed the above instructions and are still unable to access your account, use the form found HERE to request your login and password. 
  • Select the Login or Password Request option.
  • Complete the form >> click Submit.
