Missing Vehicle on Your Account

When a vehicle is not showing on your account, it is usually because multiple accounts have been created. The vehicle will usually be accessible using the other Login Name and Password.

 

If you know the other Login Name and Password:

  1. Go to alldatadiy.com 

  2. Log in to the other account.

 

If you do NOT know the other Login Name and Password:

  1. Select the Missing or Incorrect Vehicle on My Account option on the form found HERE.

  2. Complete the form and click Submit

    • You will receive an email with the information needed to log in to the other account.
