Missing Vehicle on Your Account

When a vehicle is not showing on your account, it is usually because multiple accounts have been created. The vehicle will typically be accessible using the other Username and Password.

Alternatively, you may have created your account on the Classic website. Check to see if you can log in HERE.


If you are not aware of any additional accounts or cannot access a secondary account, complete our Email ALLDATAdiy Support form and select the Missing or Incorrect Vehicle on My Account option.
