White knuckled customers have complained that their F-150, while using the active adaptive cruise control, unexpectedly decelerated while passing large vehicles (tractor trailers). Ford released a technical service bulletin that pertains to F-150’s built on or before February 1st, 2016 and October 11th through November 27th, 2018. TSB 19-2004, recommends changing the front bumper trim panel.
