Quick Start

  1. Go directly to my.alldata.com/ip to start using the update immediately.

    • If for any reason you do not have access to the update, please call ALLDATA Customer Support at 866-906-3621 or fill out an IP Recognition Approval Request for assistance.

  2. From the ALLDATA Portal screen, click the name of the product that you are subscribed to (E.G., Repair, Collision, Etc.)

Download and run the Online Setup Tool:

  1. Click the button below.

  2. Run the file that downloads.

  3. Double-click the file that appears.

  4. Enter alldata in the password box.

  5. Follow the on-screen prompts.

  6. Repeat on each computer that uses ALLDATA.


The Online Setup Tool only takes a minute or two.
