What should I do?

Switch to a browser that is supported by Shop Manager:

• Google Chrome (recommended)
• Mozilla Firefox
• Microsoft Edge

What happens if I want to continue using Internet Explorer?

Since we will no longer be developing and testing Shop Manager in Internet Explorer, we will no longer be able to guarantee a positive user experience. It is possible that you may find the application displaying incorrectly or functioning in a way that was not originally intended. In these cases, ALLDATA will still continue to provide you with basic troubleshooting and product usage assistance, but we will no longer be researching or developing fixes for any ongoing product issues related specifically to the Internet Explorer browser.
