Work Descriptions can be written ahead of time to quickly add to a customer’s estimate or repair order instead of free-typing them each time.
 

 To add a Work Description:

1. Click Setup >> Codes >> Work Description.
2. Enter a Code, Summary and Description >> click Update.
   • Code: One to four digits that identify the work description within the program. (Example: RRAF)
   • Summary: The subject of the work description. (Example: R&R Engine Air Filter)
   • Description: Details of the work description.
