TECH‑ASSIST WORKS

 

ALLDATA Tech-Assist is a live diagnostic support service that connects technicians directly with U.S.-based ASE-certified Master Technicians. Available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time, Tech-Assist helps you diagnose and solve tough repair issues in real time.

 

Getting help with Tech-Assist is simple:

 

  1. Give the ALLDATA Tech-Assist hotline a call to open a new case and get things rolling.
  2. From there, you’ll get unlimited help on that specific vehicle — call as often as needed until the issue is resolved.*
  3. Once the repair is complete, check back in with your Tech-Assist team member to confirm the fix.
  4. After the case is verified, it drops off your active count and a fresh one is added back to your monthly allotment — so you’re always ready for the next challenge.
