Problem: This vehicle arrived at the shop with inoperative power windows when using any window switch in the car.
Case Details: The technician connected a scan tool and found no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) from any of the modules.
An ALLDATA Tech-Assist consultant recommended checking the master window switch's 12-volt power supply and ground, which was also shared by all the other window switches.
Confirmed Repair: The technician found a bad ground connection at the master window switch terminal 17 (BLK). He repaired the connection. Normal power window functions were restored. Problem solved!
