Printing & Emailing

Upload an image to be included on your printed estimates.

  • Click Browse to navigate your computer files for an image.

Note: The chosen file must be less than 2MB (Megabytes) and one of the following file formats:

  • JPG
  • JPEG
  • GIF
  • PNG

Document Options

Chose to Show the following on the Printed (or emailed) Estimate:

  • Show Part Numbers

  • Labor Rates & Hours

  • Technician's name - Appears in the Header

  • Proposed Completion Date - Appears in the Header

  • Save Parts for Inspection - Appears in the Footer

  • Intended Method of Payment - Appears above the Customer Signature line

  • Expiration - You can set an expiration date that prints on the estimate and shows the number of days for which the Estimate is valid. This information is only used for content display purposes on the customer printout, so that your customer will know when the printed estimate expires.

Document Header & Footer

  • Sub-Header Text - Appears below Shop Information in the Document Header. Maximum Characters: 500

  • Shop Warranty and Disclaimer - Appears in the Footer section next to the Totals. Maximum Characters: 1000

  • Estimate Footer Text​ - Appearance can be customized in the editor and appears at the bottom of each page of the Estimate. Maximum Characters: 1000

  • Repair Order Footer - Appearance can be customized in the editor and appears at the bottom of each page of the Repair Order. Maximum Characters: 1000

  • Invoice Footer​ - Appearance can be customized in the editor and appears at the bottom of each page of the Invoice. Maximum Characters: 1000

Emailing

  • Sender Email Address - Fill in you shop's email address to display as a "sender" when emailing estimates to customers.

  • Email Subject - What will display in the subject line of estimate emails you send.

    • Example: Your Estimate is Ready to be Viewed

  • Email Message - Information added here is automatically added to the body of estimate emails.

    • Example: Here is the estimate you requested. We appreciate your business!

  • Email Signature - Additional information added to the bottom of estimate emails - typically shop details such as name, address, phone number or other contact information.

    • Example: Thanks for visiting us!
