To clear browser cache, follow the instructions for your browser below:

Internet Explorer 11

1. Click Tools ( or Alt + X on your keyboard) >> Internet Options.

2. On the General (opening) tab, in the Browsing history section, click Delete.

3. In the Delete Browsing History window:

   1. Make sure that Preserve Favorite website data is NOT checked.

   2. Check the boxes for Temporary Internet files and Cookies.

      • Note: You can check or uncheck the other boxes according to personal preference.

   3. Click Delete.

   

Google Chrome

1. Click Settings (3 dots) >> More tools >> Clear browsing data...

2. On the Clear browser data window:

   1. Select ALL time in the Time range dropdown.

   2. Check the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files check boxes.

      • Note: You can check or uncheck the other boxes according to personal preference.

   3. Click Clear data.

   

Mozilla Firefox

1. Click Open menu (3 bars) >> Options.

2. Click Privacy & Security >> scroll down to the History section >> click Clear History.

3. On the Clear All History window:

   1. Select Everything in the Time range to clear dropdown.

   2. Check the Cookies and Cache check boxes.

      • Note: You can check or uncheck the other boxes according to personal preference.

   3. Click OK.
