Cave-In! Detaching Headliner on Soft Top Bronco

Rear seated passengers of the 2021-23 soft-topped Ford Bronco have complained of a detaching headliner. This hair style-altering stalactite may be due to a faulty factory installation process which over time has caused the headliner to droop down in the rear of the vehicle, over the rear passenger seats and cargo area.

Ford has released a Technical Service Bulletin, 23-2024 which identifies and contains a repair procedure to correct the defect. This repair may be eligible under provisions of New Vehicle Limited Warranty (NVLW)/Service Part Warranty (SPW)/Special Service Part (SSP)/Extended Service Plan (ESP) coverage. All coverage limits are determined by the identified causal part and verified using the OASIS part coverage tool.
