With respect to requests to know, delete, correct, or transfer your Personal Information, ALLDATA will only respond to a “verifiable request” - that is, we must be able to confirm that the request is genuinely from you or someone you have authorized as an agent to act on your behalf.
You may submit a verifiable request via the website address above or by calling toll-free number listed above for instructions about other ways to submit a request. To verify your identity, we may ask for details such as your name, address, ALLDATA account information, or other relevant information. Notice of Financial Incentives. This Notice of Financial Incentives explains how our discounts and promotional gift offers may qualify as “financial incentives” under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA. The CCPA requires businesses that offer price or service differences—such as discounts, coupons, or free items—in exchange for personal information to provide a clear, accessible notice describing the program’s material terms.
1. Summary of the Financial Incentives We Offer
We may offer two types of financial incentives to California consumers:
(a) Discounts for Customers
We may provide discounts, or other benefits to customers who choose to participate in certain programs that involve the collection or use of personal information—for example, providing name or email address. Such discounts constitute “financial incentives,” because they involve a different price in exchange for personal information.
(b) Gifts for Purchasing a Subscription During a Promotional Period
From time to time, we may offer a complimentary gift, bonus item, or other benefit when a customer purchases a paid subscription within a specified promotional window. If participation requires providing personal information (such as contact details, shipping information, or account data), this gift program is considered a financial incentive under the CCPA.
2. Categories of Personal Information Collected
Depending on the incentive, we may collect:
- Identifiers (e.g., name, email address, phone number).
- Commercial information (e.g., purchase history, subscription status).
These categories align with typical personal‑information practices in CCPA financial‑incentive programs.
3. Material Terms of the Incentive Programs
Eligibility
- Discounts may be available to customers who join a qualifying program or provide requested personal information.
