- From there, you’ll get unlimited help on that specific vehicle — call as often as needed until the issue is resolved.*
- Once the repair is complete, check back in with your Tech-Assist team member to confirm the fix.
- After the case is verified, it drops off your active count and a fresh one is added back to your monthly allotment — so you’re always ready for the next challenge.
