Some Model S drivers or passengers have complained about damp or wet front footwells. Water ingress issues can cause intermittent or permanent loss of door functions, such as window and lock control. Tesla released a Service Bulletin (SB-22-10-003) which details materials and repair procedures.
The detailed repair procedure is included in the TSB.
