On the Road Again…and Again: Willie Takes Over

2011-2017 Buick Enclave, Chevrolet Traverse, and GMC Acadia customers have reported Willie's Roadhouse being displayed under the genre section on all SXM channels. The cause of the condition may be due to an internal radio concern. GM has issued Technical Service Bulletin 19-NA-239, with the fix being to replace the radio assembly followed by installing software via USB.
