User Options - State Inspection Schedule

IMPORTANT -  Technicians must be set up as inspectors before you can set up the State Inspection Schedule.


  1. Select Home >> Setup >> User Options >> State Inspection Schedule.
  2. To create an inspection time slot:

    1. Select a Bay No.
    2. Check Show Bay.
    3. Select a Default Inspector for that bay.
    4. Enter a Start time.
    5. Select Add.

  3. Choose which days of the week each time slot will be available by clicking the associated checkboxes.

    • Optional: Enter a name for each time slot.

  4. Complete steps 2 and 3 for each inspection bay.
  5. Click Update.
