Verifying or Identifying Your Security Key ID

Sometimes it is important to verify or identify your security (or subscription) key ID for ALLDATA Customer Service to assist you.

  1. Go to the main screen of ALLDATA for Windows (DVD) and click on Data >> Subscription >> Subscription Information.

  2. The second line displayed on this screen will show your 7-digit key ID.

  3. Click OK to close the window.
