Turning on Browser Compatibility View

Important - For ALLDATA Manage Online Users:

  • Internet Explorer Compatibility View can cause display issues for ALLDATA Manage Online.

To set up Internet Explorer Compatibility View for use with both ALLDATA Manage Online and ALLDATA Training Garage, run the ALLDATA Manage Online Setup Tool in Internet Browser Setup

 

To turn on Compatibility View in Internet Explorer:
  1. Click Tools >> Compatibility View Settings.

    • If the Tools option isn’t showing, press the ALT key on your keyboard to make it display.

  2. Type alldata.com in the Add this website box >> click Add.

    • ​​This will add alldata.com to the list of Websites you’ve added to Compatibility View.

  3. Click Close.
