Why did my monthly rate go up?

ALLDATA is looking to provide you with a best in the industry experience that includes new features, enhancements, and product offerings while keeping up with general increased costs of doing business.

Some of our recent enhancements include:

  • Estimator – Now Included
    • Now included with every ALLDATA subscription, Estimator lets shops create professional, compliant estimates, add parts and labor costs directly from ALLDATA Repair or Collision, and order auto parts directly from the AutoZone catalog.
  • Specifications Quick Reference
    • Get critical vehicle specifications faster like brake bleeding sequences, fluid types, fuel filter location, fuel pressure specifications, and much more. New specifications published weekly!
  • Technology Upgrades
    • These upgrades enhance speed and stability, helping your products run smoother, more reliably, and more efficiently than ever.

How will this affect my autopayments?

Your autopayment amount will be updated to reflect the new subscription amount.

Is this rate change permanent?

Yes, the increase will be applied to all invoices moving forward.

Will there be additional rate increases?

There is currently no set timeline to make any further pricing adjustments. However, per your original contract, "ALLDATA reserves the right to raise subscription fees in an amount not to exceed 6% annually."

Where can I access my billing information online?

Account administrators with standard billing can access the ALLDATA Customer Portal from the www.alldata.com or my.alldata.com (after login) header menus or directly at https://www.alldata.com/us/en/customer/login
